Second Timber Frame Construction Info Session 2024 once again a great success
The second Timber Frame Construction Info Session, held on Tuesday evening 17 January 2024, was once again a great success.
Our guest speakers — Lode Goethals from BAST architects & engineers and Diederik Duym from van Hoorebeke Timber — enthusiastically shared their expertise on the various timber species and panel materials that contribute to an optimal timber frame structure.
Afterwards, participants were given an engaging tour of our impressive site in North Sea Port Ghent, followed by a pleasant networking session to conclude the evening.
Timber frame construction is a sustainable building method with the potential to significantly reduce our ecological footprint in the coming decades.
